Enjoy a unique culinary experience in the home kitchen of Robert, an award-winning food writer and Michelin Star-trained chef with more than 30 years of professional cooking experience. Located in a historic 1800s building in the heart of Montreal's Old Port, this intimate experience combines a hands-on cooking class with a multi-course gastronomic tasting menu.
Work alongside Chef Robert to prepare the menu from scratch while learning professional techniques such as searing, pan-roasting, sauce preparation, knife skills, presentation, and plating. The menu draws inspiration from Montreal's diverse global food culture and is paired with three tasting portions of artisanal wine, beer, or cider.
Vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free, and gluten-free options are available.
